Thank you for choosing Host Kits Co. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, curated furniture bundles directly to your door. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Please note: Some remote areas (including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore islands) may incur a delivery surcharge or extended lead times. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you before processing.
2. Shipping Rates & Costs

Standard Delivery: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all our curated furniture bundles.

The price you see on the product page is the total price you pay for delivery to your door.
3. Dispatch & Lead Times

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Estimates: Due to the size and specialist handling required for furniture, delivery typically takes between 3 to 10 business days.

You will receive a notification via email once your items have been dispatched.
4. Multi-Part Deliveries
To provide you with the best value and curated selection, Host Kits Co. sources items from multiple specialist suppliers.

Separate Packages: Your bundle may arrive in multiple shipments.

Different Dates: Items within the same bundle may be delivered on different days and by different couriers.

You will receive individual tracking information for each part of your order as it becomes available.
5. Delivery Day Requirements
For larger furniture items, our couriers may require a signature upon delivery.

Ground Floor Delivery: Please note that standard delivery is "to the door" (kerbside or ground floor). Couriers are not insured to carry heavy items up flights of stairs or into specific rooms of your home.

Failed Delivery: If a delivery is missed after a time slot has been agreed upon, a re-delivery fee may be charged by the courier, which will be passed on to the customer.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking number(s) and the name of the courier(s). You can track your progress via the courier’s website.
7. Damages in Transit
We take great care in selecting our logistics partners. However, if your order arrives damaged:

You must report the damage to support@hostkits.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the external packaging.

Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
